So, with only 7 nights to go before I get out on the road and start crunching those miles what has been done and what is still left to do?
DONE:
- All accommodation booked
- Initial legs of the route are finalised
- Mock ride with full kit
- Meeting with Chepstow Round Table to pitch sponsorship proposal
- Photo-shoot with the local paparazzi AKA the 'Free Press'
- Free Press article published [Wednesday 13th March edition]
- Prepped bike & personal kit
STILL TO DO:
- Finalise the last legs of the route
- Buy more flapjack!
- One last training ride this Saturday
- Continue harassing readers, colleagues, friends and family for sponsorship towards that £1500 target
